Can I add another item to my original order?

Unfortunately after the first order has been processed we will be unable to add another item to your original order. You will need to place a separate order, as orders will be processed separately

How do I cancel an order?

If we have not dispatched your order yet, and you wish to cancel an order, you need to send us an email with your order number, and we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

We are not able to cancel orders that have been dispatched.

if your order is already on its way to you You will need to send it back and once we have received it back, we will issue a full refund, as long as they are unused and unopened.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Currently the only payment method we accept is Paypal, you are able to pay Via card through Paypal.

other payment methods may be added in the future.

Returns & Refunds

We can only offer refunds within 14 days of your order date, and on items that are unopen/unused.

any items with a broken seal will not be refundable. unless the product is faulty or defective.

to return an item, you will need to send it back to us, if you email us on [email protected] with your order number, we will be more than happy to help.
